  • The completed and approved SWPPP (including the state NOI permit, signed SWPPP certification, and Company Delegation Letter

  • Site Plan, Erosion Control Plan (if the Erosion Control Plan is not available, please provide the grading & drainage plan and utility plan).

  • Additional Permits, if applicable (e.g. Dewatering, 404 Wetlands Permit, Land Disturbance Permit)
